Essential Oils for Emotional Problems - Moodiness and mood swings 3

We seem to have an innate ability to harmonize our moods with those of other human beings, which is a strong force for social cohesion. Mood
synchronization can also be seen as a form of communication. Some people are particularly responsive to emotional contagion — these are the good listeners who have great empathy with other people and pick up on all their moods, often not expressing their own.

Moodiness is not uncommon in teenagers and during the premenstrual days of a woman’s cycle, and there may well be a hormonal factor involved. More generally, moodiness is brought on by particular events during the day, or by life in general. Moody people can be fed up, frustrated, bored, isolated, repressed, irritable, or bad tempered.
