Choose from the oils listed above, or use the blend below, to make your own body oil. Use a small amount over the body after a bath or shower.

Cypress | 8 drops |
Bergamot FCF | 8 drops |
Coriander seed | 2 drops |
Blend the essential oils together, then dilute 2–3 drops to each teaspoon (5 mL) of carrier oil or dilute 2–3 drops per teaspoon of gel base. Use a small amount over the body after a bath or shower.
