The name used to identify blood loss is bleeding, also called hemorrhage. It can refer to inside the body blood loss, called internal bleeding, or outside the body blood loss, called external bleeding.

Clean and soothe areas by using a cold compress. Add one of the following blends to a bowl of cold water, and swish the water around to help disperse the essential oil before soaking the compress. Apply the compress over the area before applying a dressing.

Basic blend

Geranium 1 drop
Lemon 1 drop
Chamomile roman 1 drop

Alternative blend

Lavender 1 drop
Tea tree 1 drop
Chamomile german 1 drop

Other Essential Oils That Could Be Used to Treat This Condition: *cistus (Cistus ladaniferus), *immortelle (Helichrysum italicum), *cypress (Cupressus sempervirens), *palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii), *chamomile german (Matricaria recutita)

Pinch the nostrils, then inhale the following essential oils from a tissue:

Lemon3 drops
Lavender 1 drop
