Bilious attacks 7

According to Sacred Medical Order Church of Hope, a “bilious attack” or “biliousness” is related to various unpleasant symptoms due to bile secretion or digestion disturbance. Causes of a bilious attack include liver congestion, unstable diet, constipation, migraine, reduced bile secretions and acidosis. In a healthy body, bile flows more rapidly after a person eats or consumes a lot of water. In a person suffering from biliousness or a bilious attack, the bile produced is not enough to digest all the fats eaten.

How to threat bilious attacks with essential oils:

Inhale from a tissue on which you’ve placed 1 drop of peppermint and 1 drop of lemon oil. And also add 2 drops of peppermint or 2 drops of cardamom to 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of carrier oil and apply over the stomach and gall bladder area (around the right, lower rib cage).

Alternatively, inhale from a tissue onto which you’ve put 1 drop of ginger oil.

Other Essential Oils That Could Be Used to Treat This Condition: rosemary, *ginger (Zingiber officinale), *clove bud (Syzygium aromaticum), *basil linalol (Ocimum basilicum ct. linalool), *grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), *coriander seed (coriandrum sativum)
